Price

• Prices depend on the complexity of character, if you would like a quote contact me on twitter messages(preferred) or by e-mail.

• Quotes will be valid for 6 months after they’re provided.

• Prices are in USD, and do not include shipping costs. 

Slots

• Commissions are not on a first come first serve basis. 

• Slots will be open for limited times, I will announce when they’re open on my twitter.

• Slots will be limited, with the amount of commissions I take on at a time varying.

• When my slots open will vary, I cannot guarantee when they will be open or closed beforehand.

 

Turn around time

• I cannot guarantee the amount of time a commission will take.

• Typically from start to finish it has taken me about a month or two.

• However, I cannot provide deadlines for when they will be finished.

Materials/Allergens

• Plushies will typically be created with minky fabric with rayon machine embroidered details, unless otherwise agreed on.

•  They are stuffed with polyester stuffing and poly pellets if the plush needs extra weight for stability.

• If the plush has clothing, it will be typically made with garment fabric, the type of which will vary dependent on what is available.

• Plushies come from a home with cats, if you have an allergy please keep this in mind before commissioning.

 

What I Will Make

• I will make both fanart plushies and plushies of original characters.

• Original characters must either be owned by the commissioner, or I must have permission directly from the owner.

 

What I Won’t Make

• Plushies that are too complex for my skill level/I don’t feel I could complete in a reasonable time frame

• I will not make fanart plush of a property if the creator has a policy against selling fanart.

• I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

Revisions 

• During the planning stage I regularly check in with the commissioner.

• Any large changes should be brought to my attention during the prototype phase. Please make sure to let me know if there’s any important details for me to keep in mind early on in the design phase.

• Revisions done in the final stage will be to my discretion and may cost extra for materials and time. 

• Keep in mind that I can’t guarantee 100% accuracy to the reference, as this is not usually possible due to the nature of the medium, and all plushies I make are to my own style

 

Payment

• Prices are in USD.

• Payment will be through paypal.

• I accept at least 50%(before shipping) upfront, and the other 50% +shipping before shipping the plushie.

• I cannot accept any form of payment plan at this time.

 

Shipping

• The cost of shipping will be covered by the buyer.

• The price will be calculated after the plushie is finished.

• Default shipping is done with a low cost shipping service, which partners with USPS or Asendia.

• Shipping will be tracked.

• If you would like insurance or signature on delivery, please let me know. Extra insurance costs will be covered by the commissioner.

• If you would like it to be shipped by a different service such as UPS or FedEX please let me know beforehand.

• I can ship worldwide, shipments outside of Canada or the US may have customs charges, which will have to be covered by the commissioner.

 

Refunds/Returns

• If the commission needs to be cancelled before construction is begun, the refund will not include cost of materials purchased, or paypal fees.

• After the plush is started refunds cannot be provided.

• No returns can be accepted. 

• I am not responsible for any damage done during shipping, or lost packages.

• If the plush does arrive damaged let me know and I may be able to arrange for it to be sent back to be repaired, the cost of which will be discussed with the commissioner in such an event.
